About Bitten Digital
Hi, I’m Jacqui Thorndyke, and I’m the web designer and digital content marketer behind Bitten Digital.
For ten years, I ran Bitten Oxford, an online guide for food and drink. During that time, I encountered many business owners who felt stressed out by digital marketing.
Bitten Oxford taught me about branding, websites, graphic design, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing. After that, I started Bitten Digital to assist other business owners with their digital marketing needs. My aim is to simplify the process for them and help them turn it into a strength rather than a burden.

Discovery - We work closely with our clients from the beginning, taking a consultative approach. That means learning all about you, your business, your goals, your customers, and your challenges.
Strategy - We will come back to you with an outline of our understanding and a plan for moving forward.
Action - Once we’ve all agreed on a plan, we’ll get straight to work, having agreed on a timeline with you. We will then keep in touch at regular intervals to review and approve design stages, and to ensure the plan stays firmly on track.
